Part Time Dance Instructor

Brief Description
Instructors will work within an established dance program with children ranging from 3 to 17 years old. Coaching opportunities exist within all of Momentum Dance’s sub departments: competitive and recreational at all age levels and styles. Instructors are expected to follow lesson plans with the goal of providing a safe and positive learning environment which positively impacts children’s’ lives through the art of dance.
Job Responsibilities
- Choreography development
- Working with children ages 3y-17y
- Instructing a variety of dance styles for recreational dance programs
Education requirements, certifications, work experience
- Must be able to commit to weekly classes.
- Currently seeking Summer & Fall instructors
- Willing to teach additional classes, camps & workshops as needed
- Required to attend assigned staff meetings
