Tuition

• Your monthly tuition is a set fee due the 1st scheduled lesson of each month. The amount is based upon the number of classes your child is scheduled to attend each week and length of each class.

• Payments may be turned in at the front office located in each gym or mailed to Branch Gymnastics at 393 North Helmer Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037.

• Questions about account balances should be directed to our front office manager. All returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00

Annual Registration Fee

• This fee is due upon class registration and is non-refundable.

Family Discounts

• When more than one member of the family is enrolled, please deduct $5.00 for each additional family member from your total monthly tuition.

• Annual Registration fee is discounted for additional family members. 

  • First member=$35.00

  • Second member=$30.00

  • Third and more members=$25.00

Late Fee

• A $5.00 late fee will be applied for each family member if your tuition payment is not received by the 1st scheduled lesson of each month.

• For team members, a $25.00 late fee will be applied for each team family member if your payment is not received by the first scheduled lesson of each month.

Make-ups

• Make-ups are offered for classes missed due to illness. Your child is allowed (3) make-up classes per year. These must be made up within (1) month of the absence. NO CREDITS will be given if you choose not to make-up or if you are unable to schedule your make-up within the (1) month time frame.  For ages 3-6 years, we allow only (1) make up spot per class and it must be scheduled in advance. Students showing up to a class and not scheduled for a make-up will be sent home. For ages 7 and above, Make-ups are usually the last Friday of the month during the open gym time frame. Call the office to schedule your child’s make-up. No make-ups will be allowed during the months of May and June due to Branch Gymnastics recitals.

Inclement Weather Closings

• Rarely do we cancel classes due to weather conditions. However, if we do close, it will be announced on local radio (WKFR 103.3 FM) and TV (Channel 3 WOTV) stations. You may also call our office for information on closings. In this case, please make-up the class within a month.

Withdrawal

• If you must withdraw during the year, please notify us at once so your child’s spot can be filled. Your account will be charged until we receive verified notification of the withdrawal. No refunds or credits will be given.

Open enrollment

• You may join a class at any time during the year, provided there are openings. We will pro-rate your tuition accordingly. If you switch classes throughout the year, credits will be transferred.
